Possibly most Android phones? Probably depends how much a different manufacturer has updated the lock screen code. It sounds like google has released a patch to fix this.
Until you know your phone is safe, be careful setting it down in public areas.

This sounds a little far fetched and isn't likely to happen to anyone in here, but your phone knows more about you than your family does and it would be very bad for the wrong person to get access to it.
