Fascinating map; I can pore over it for hours. 1902 but revised post-1927. A lot of things missing and a host of long-abandoned cabins and settlements shown. Different times for sure.
Another fun map is https://www.openrailwaymap.org/. They've put quite a few abandoned (historic) rail lines on the map. I wish the Everett & Monte Cristo was on there. But the 3S line into Lowell is. The Granite Falls history museum has put the E&MC online though (use the NPRR overlay).

That was right in my back yard growing up. It wasn't used very often as it didn't go south very far. The whole house would shake when the engine went by. I believe that the turntable used to be down by the main part of town but could be mistakened
Anyhow to answer your question there was a turntable at Scenic. This is a pic of the turntable house.
There was a turntable at the town of Cascade Tunnel which was at the east portal of the old Cascade Tunnel. It is the hexagonal building in the yard plan and you can see roof in other picture. Only bits of the foundation there now, not easy to spot. On that picture you can also see a small bridge up on the mountain which is part of the old switchback which was abandoned when tunnel was built and which is now a section of the PCT.
