I have a regular NeoAir that developed a small leak. I can't figure out where the leak is (maybe I need a bigger bathtub). I've since bought an XTherm NeoAir which I use year round, so this is free to anyone who wants to patch it up. Thermarest has a policy where they will fix it if you can't find the leak, but I don't want to bother with it.
I don't know the model number, but I believe it is a second generation NeoAir (a little warmer than the first ones they came out with). It has tapered corners, and is a regular full size. (I'm six feet tall and it fits me fine.) The leak is so small it isn't obvious that there is one. At first I thought it was just shrinking because of the difference in temperature. But if you inflate it and set some books on it, it will eventually deflate (after a few days). Thus it is usable before it is fixed, but you might have to add a few puffs of air in the middle of the night.
A spray bottle with water and some handwashing dish soap might help you find the leak. Wet the entire mattress surface and weight it down as you have been. Soapy bubbles are more effective at finding small leaks than the bathtub bubble test.
I can potentially put this to use, and keep it out of a landfill.
I already have an air mat for backpacking use, so if anybody else needs this, they have a stronger claim than I do and should go to the front of the line. If nobody claims it though I will be happy to.
