So I explored this park a bit yesterday because I needed to get out and it was too windy to fish in my boat. Normally you have to pay to enter this park, but the pay stations were all closed so it's free now. I didn't take the concrete trail all the way, I don't know if it goes much further than the boat ramp, but there are dirt trails as well, so you can get at least 15-20 minutes of walking in. Lots of squirrels scampering around and lots of big trees here. There were people out but nowhere near as many as in summer.
