I took one of my coworkers who is an inspiring fitness coach hiking the other day. It was a nice warm day and both of us easily summited the 4.5 mile, 1000 foot elevation gain. Lots of beautiful waterfalls along the way. The best part was finally there were no tick bites!!!! EastKing pose is back but the shirt will be staying on for now. I have 60 more pounds to lose.
