Family friends had a hunting cabin up there. In the 70's we went a few times and the look out that was up there was on 25' stilts. Way off the ground.

A few years back, it looked like it was in good shape. My wife and I enjoyed seeing it up there.

I saw Goat Peak and environs today from I-90 and there is no snow in that area.
