Got an early start (for me) Saturday morning, and beat the clouds ...... and the crowds ........ to Mt Baker. Gorgeous day, shirt and shorts, temp in the forties, but it felt much warmer. Had the snow to myself going up. Kind of nice, and unexpected, in that playground around Heather Meadows. Stopped a couple hundred yards short of Artist Point, because the snow was turning to marshmallow. Met quite a bunch of people on my way down, all of whom stopped to ask me about snow conditions. lol.gif On the way home before noon, and glad of it, as the line of cars headed for the Mt Baker ski area was practically solid. Home before the thunderstorms started. Nice day. agree.gif But maybe the last of the snowshoeing.

Something lost behind the ranges. Lost and waiting for you....... Go and find it. Go!
