I would like to search a specific thread for posts by a member. e.g. some of these threads are hundreds of pages long and I would like to see what I posted in the past without searching all of my posts on the forum. Other forums' software allows for this feature but not seeing it here. Is this something that could be possible?

You could try using “search this topic” with the person’s screen name. “search this topic” is found at the bottom of the page of the thread that you have open.

I could add topic ID to the list of optional filters on the search screen. That way you could do a more advanced search within a topic.
