Does anyone know what this fallen over steel pipe column with cut up aluminum street signs clamped to it was used for? This was found about a 1/3 mile east of Cloudy pass this summer. Within a half mile or so, we found other similar diameter steel pipe sections too but no such assembly as shown in the photo.
