The road to the FCS national championship in Frisco, Texas, will continue to run through Missoula, Montana, following the No. 2 Grizzlies' 49-19 victory over Delaware on a snowy Saturday night.
With Delaware moving to FBS in 2025, making itself ineligible for the FCS playoffs in 2024, the Grizzlies may have played the Blue Hens for the second and final time, with UD winning the prior matchup 49-48 in Missoula back in 1993.
As the No. 2 seed in the FCS playoffs, UM will maintain hosting privileges and will play No. 7 Furman in Missoula next week following the Paladins' 26-7 victory over Chattanooga earlier on Saturday.

Playing at Montana in December has to be a mental hurdle for most teams that come to visit. It's just hard to be prepared to deal with that type of cold.
North Dakota St. has an incredible history. It's kinda hard to believe they weren't even seeded this year. Their conference rival South Dakota St. won the Championship last year and is the #1 seed this season. A team from the Summit League has won all but 2 Titles since 2011.

Griz took down the mighty Bizon in 2 OT, moving on to the National Championship Game! No snow today. Probably wouldn't have effected North Dakota St., they're probably used to nasty weather.
