My fav is the campsite at Park Butte/railroad grade on the flanks of Mt Baker. It's in the last bit of greenery before heading to the summit. Not only a campsite with a great view but the camp pot has 360 degree view of Baker, The Sisters, Glacier, and the Easton Galcier and valley. Of course that's my bid for wilderness toilets.
Check out my favorite for public city toilets. This one is in Switzerland.

Well, this doesn't really count as an outhouse visit but...blue bagging it on the summit of Mt. Rainier behind some pretty tall suncups.
And no...holding it in until Ingraham Flats (the closest 'facility') was not an option.
Opinions expressed here are my own.

Longest line for such a facility . . . top of Mt Whitney. The pressure to perform when your turn comes is humbling.
I think I've read it's the most popular trail, at least in California. Lots of people tossing their cookies too.

Along the Haute Route in Switzerland is the Cabane de Vignettes. Its outhouse is cable-suspended above an est. 1500ft drop. Thus the best view is DOWN the hole!
Check out this guy's website; he's got some great pictures there.

If I remember rightly there was nothing but air below that seat. Emptying it was/is not a problem.

Since we're talking about Outhouses again... I thought I'd bring this thread back up.

I didn't realize the huge interest in outdoor poopers. Sounds to me like it's time for a guide book.......Let's see what will it be called? "Pleasurable Poopers Around the Cascades".... "101 Poopers" how about "Crazy Crappers"?????
