http://earth.google.com/earth4.html Google Earth 4 (beta) has been released with some cool UI enhancements and apparently some new high-rez satellite imagery of the Snoqualmie Pass area. I love this app!

Wow, you can really zoom into the area around Glacier Peak, including Lime Ridge. Too bad they took the aerials in winter. huh.gif

pretty cool. i do miss a couple of the buttons but the new controls are slick how do i make it go to topo map lines as shown on that example page?

They have the sample Topo for Yosemite on their site. I'm not sure how we load our own for say, the entirety of Washington, but this is definitely promising!
