I am looking for a easy to moderate hike to a snow free lake in the alpine lake or north cascade region. I would also like to do some fishing so if anyone knows of a good snow free lake with good fishing and a scenic hike, let me know, much appreciated, thanks

Greenwater Lakes off of FS 70 (south of Greenwater on Hwy 410) should be snowfree all the way in. I don't know about Packwood Lake south of Randle.

I don't know about fishing, but for easy, scenic and snowfree try Goat Lk, Lk Serene or Lk Dorothy.

Head into Sunday lake. It's up the North Fork of the Snoqualmie river road. Shouldnt be any snow there!

I saw this report on Sunday Lake a few days ago. I'm not sure if they hiked it hiked it during a rainstorm but it sounds like you could have to negotiate some water.
I wonder if there are any fish in Goat Lake or in the calm waters of Lake Serene?

I can't personally vouch for Goat Lake but when I was there a few weeks ago I met a fisherman. He said he goes there often and has had good luck.

Goat lake---yep, every time I've hiked in to it in May I've met fishermen, so it must at least be a fun place to hang out, eat Corn Nuts, and fish!

Even though Lk Dorothy is relatively low, it holds snowpack well enough to still be snowed in until mid June or so.
