I just received my annual meeting notice form Puget Sound Energy PSD. There is a proxy enclosed for being bought out by a consortium of Canadian Companies for $30 a share higher than it has been for at least 10yr. I look at it with mixed feelings as it has paid a steady dividend for many years.
