Well, duh. 
That's why they never housed 7-year olds at Alcatraz. Too much of a flight risk. You turn around one second and they're between the bars and in the water.

I wonder how much of this was his own idea and how much was that of his parents'...? And how much of his social skills are now lacking as a result of rigorous training, no doubt paid for and encouraged by his parents.
