My knees have been acting up after a bit of "over training" for a half-marathon. Does anyone know of a physical therapist with Group Health that runs/hikes or at least seems like they like to exercise? I haven't been really impressed with who I've been referred to so far...
I really liked Kirsten (note the spelling, not Kristen (this doesn't mean that if a Kristen works there she isn't good too...)) at the Northgate GH, but it looks like you are in Tacoma.
