Is all teriyaki the same or is there a best place to eat teriyaki? If so where might it be?

My favorite is Tokyo Terriyaki in Federal Way on Pacific Highway and about 314th. It is in a strip mall across from the new shopping center behind Bear Computer. That is my idea of terriyaki. Try the chicken breast. It is excellent. tongue.gif

Epicure, I, at times, go to a teriyaki place right next to the Lucky 7 Saloon off 124th in Kirkland. The prices are reasonable, the food, good. There is enough food to provide for two lunches, if you are so reclined. But, if you don't like this particular style of teriyaki, there are at least 4 additional establishments within a half mile that you can pick from... up.gif up.gif Bon Apetit!

Touron is a nougat of Arabic origin made with almonds and honey or sugar, without which it would just not be Christmas in Spain.

I Love Teriyaki in South Seattle. Good serving size for the money. Awesome salad and dressing too. toothless.gif

Manna Teriyaki behind Taco Bell at 272nd and Pac Hwy. in Federal Way: Hot & Spicy Chicken; friendly counter lady ("Thank you, please!")

I find most teriyaki stands here are pretty much the same. I have a few favorites because of the sauce quality and the meat selection, and portion size sways my vote, too. My favorites.... Minami Teriyaki in Everett and Miyako Teriyaki in Fairwood. for lunch in Bellevue, Lotte Teriyaki and Teriyaki Bowl on Bellevue Way just south of Bell Square. Both also have punchcards for free food. Highly recommended to me, next on my list: Yasuko's Teriyaki in Lynnwood.

Always take the scenic route.

I started out at the Burien one too, but followed the original proprieters when they moved to Federal Way--what can I say, I'm a loyal customer!

Old fave from my U. Dist. days: Nasai Teriyaki. I still drop in when I'm in that area for a huge plate of tasty morsels.

I like cheap-o Nasai Teriyaki. Haven't patronized all of 'em, just one in the U District.

I agree. I actually had some teriyaki beef from there for lunch today! up.gif There's another teriyaki joint down a couple blocks to the south, I forgot the name, it's pretty good too. It's right next to the Wells Fargo.

If you hurt and eventually berft after eating there, I'm guessing you were sick to start with. Food poisoning is just a myth.
