Selling Ford's Deuter Fox 30. It is a couple years old but very well cared for - no rips, tears or major stains that I can see. Always stored inside in a nonsmoking home. Ford outgrew it - it is more aimed at kids who are small framed and say 6-10. And the under 5 ft crowd. Ford is 10 1/2 but is nearly 5' 4". While the pack will go from 10" to 17" in torso, it works best for 10-14" torsos. Retails for $79. Asking $35 if we meet to do the deal. Shipping will be extra. I prefer to meet in public to do gear deals. Ford wearing it in summer 2006:

I'll take it. I'm in Seattle, but I could meet you somewhere on the Eastside or ask Backpacker Joe do it for me.

Nah, thanks. He's still only a size 5 or 6 in pants. We've got a ways to go yet until size 12/14!!! They do grow fast. He grows out of shoes faster than he wears them out - which is saying a lot because my kid is really hard on his shoes. shakehead.gif

Thanks BPJ, but I can get it. There's a store I want to check out in Issy, anyhow. Hiking is out this weekend for me. I pulled a calf running and it's still sore.

Sarbar, Dante went to the Starbucks next to Safeway and Rei... Then he drove over to the Starbucks at QFC. It's 0852 on Saturday....

Sarbar, sorry I missed you. I should have asked "Which Starbucks?" and exchanged cell numbers. shakehead.gif I went to the Starbucks at Gilman and 7th (by Safeway), bacause it's closest to the XXX, where I had suggested meeting. I was there from a little before 8:30 until about 8:45, when I drove by the Starbucks by the QFC to see if that's the one you meant. I went back to the one by Safeway again. I didn't see a Blue Explorer either place. Want to try again? I could meet you in Maple Valley this evening or tomorrow, or you could meet Backpacker Joe in Issaquah some other time. Dante

Lol...he didn't realize I meant the one at Exit 17, by Fred Meyers. Oops! Anyhoo, as per the email - I will be at Trails Fest next weekend on Saturday. And hey BPJ, you better show up and come visit our booth!
