umm, i've been injured for about 3-4 years. it basically limits me from ever running (like around green lake type runs) or now even on the treadmill. through the years i've been giving up activity after activity, so my cross-training isn't what it could be.
I mean this as a compliment. Your a freak of nature

Iron, you should think about running an ultra. One of the gnarlier PNW 50K's (e.g., Diez Vista, Knee Knackering, Orcas) would approximate what you did last weekend, but you'd be in the company of other idiots doing the same thing.
(BTW, this idiot will be attempting to finish my 80th ultra tomorrow in OR).
