umm, i've been injured for about 3-4 years. it basically limits me from ever running (like around green lake type runs) or now even on the treadmill. through the years i've been giving up activity after activity, so my cross-training isn't what it could be.
I mean this as a compliment. Your a freak of nature clown.gif lol.gif

4 days later, i feel better. i couldn't walk down steps comfortably for a few days
Let me know when you figure out how to eliminate that, it's pretty common for me to have that problem.

Iron, you should think about running an ultra. One of the gnarlier PNW 50K's (e.g., Diez Vista, Knee Knackering, Orcas) would approximate what you did last weekend, but you'd be in the company of other idiots doing the same thing. (BTW, this idiot dizzy.gif will be attempting to finish my 80th ultra tomorrow in OR).

Hmmm. never though of that as a way to eliminate the two car problem.. Park in new lot, go up new, down old and back up old/down new again back to the car... lol.gif lol.gif Hmmm.... I could probably do the above once but I don't think it would be real high on the fun meter lol.gif
