If the milk wasn't bad, I sincerely hope to never see you asking to borrow or buy gear from others on the cheap.

lol.gif Yes it was soar milk! Would you like a sample to smell. wink.gif I posted it without a description to make it seem as though it was a stunt.

Thought maybe you were nursing? BTW it is speiled *Sour*. I never pay attention to the expiration date on milk, if it smells good, I drink it.

Go placidly amid the noise and waste, and remember what comfort there may be in owning a piece thereof.

Not only was it many days past the due date, but my brother said it smelled bad. I have the gallon bottle still, do I need to get a picture of the expiration date for proof? wink.gif

Next time you have milk go sour, use it to make pancakes, or biscuits, or anything else you'd use buttermilk for.

If life gives you melons - you might be dyslexic

Yes and people actually purposefully sour milk for baking/cooking by adding lemon juice or vinegar to do the job. Now though....if it has CHUNKS coming out of the container then that is another story. No thanks on that.

I think commercial pasteurized, homogenized milk that's gone bad in the fridge is a far cry from "raw" milk that's been allowed to sour naturally, or milk that's been curdled with acid on purpose. The first being garbage and the last 2 being food, IMO.

If you have a septic system I've heard it's good to pour milk down the drain.

I can tell you nearly anything smells better than when a septic system is dug up. gag.gif
