hey guys,
I'm asking this not for backpacking but because I have a bad case of the stomach flu and am currently living in Sarajevo where I can't find gatorade, kool-aid or anything else I would drink/use to make homemade gatorade. i have available fruit juices, water and salt. Does anyone know what proportions to use when not using kool-aid? or a general recipe?
please help! i havent been able to keep anything in me at all. not even an apple.
