Got the dates for my 3rd and last trip to my special lakes in Idaho. Aug. 17 (Friday)-August 26th (Sunday) space is limited to 4 other people due to the fact anyone else going would have to follow me for 120 miles (60 each way) on a very dusty dirt road. Not fun at all. I will take care of the lodging. Cheap on the way in, very very nice on the way home (hottub, cabin, sipping porch, ect)!!! Here we go again!!!!

Got the itinerary figured out. Aug.17 leave my place a 6:00 AM and drive to Salmon Idaho ( about 10 hrs) to a nice Motel and have a nice dinner. Aug. 18 drive in (56 miles) and hike to Lake #1, 7.5 Mi. Aug 19 hike to Lake #2, 6.5 Mi. Aug 20 hike to main trip destination Lakes, 6 Mi. Aug 21 rest day. Aug 22 rest day. Aug 23 sleep in/fish and head back to Lake #2. Aug 24 hike back to Lake #1. Aug 25 hike out & drive back out to 2 story Log Cabin with Hot Tub, get cleaned up and head to the Naughty Moose for a 20 oz. Prime rib and a 7 pound pitcher of Bitteroot IPA! Aug 26 sleep in and spend the day relaxing at the cabin. Aug 27 drive home.

Agreed. It's to far out to commit with certainty. I wish I could, but I dont want to take a spot if I cant be sure of it.

A couple of months is fine. Not looking for anyone to commit right now unless they know for sure. I have talked to a few of you about my plan ($$$$$) to secure spots when it gets closer. The Cabin is already reserved ( had to, they book up early) so that leaves 3 rooms at the Stagecoach Inn in Salmon to reserve for the 27th of July and I can do that next year.
