I'm helping to lead a group of friends on a weekend ski trip Jan 6-8. We reserved a hut in the Methow Valley that sleeps 8 and requires a 9 mile x-country ski to get there. Our group has 4 committed which leaves room for 4 more. These huts are sold out for pretty much the rest of the year on the weekends, so this is a great opportunity for a few people who would be excited to do some amazing skiing with some great people, but with not much planning. All they would have to do is show up with their gear! Would you be able to pass this info along to those in the wilderness ministry? The cost is just under $30/night for the huts and then $50 for a weekend ski pass, plus food (self-cooked in the huts) and split gas.
