It's my annual post to try to see who might be up for some midweek trips this summer.
Plans include:
something in the Olympics
Image Lake via Agnes Creek in Stehekin and possibly out via Holden - base camp for a couple days at family cabin in Stehekin
Chatter Creek to Mormon Lakes
Ice Lakes via High Route
Gothic Basin overnight

PS I also like to do some car camping and hiking from that spot as base camp.

The Ice Lakes high route is still on my list. I am retired and can be available almost any time. I would say that hike is probably done later in the summer.

Yep. I'm planning both Image Lake and Ice Lakes in August. Definitely doing Image Lake this year. May have to wait on Ice Lakes until next year.

Last fall I got just above upper Ice Lake via Leroy Ck. but would like to try going out (or in) via the Carne Mt high route. I am also thinking of going into Ice Lakes via Ice Ck up the Entiat.

I'm planning an Ice Lakes trek sometime during the week of Aug 19-25, If that works for others, I'd love some company.

I might be able to make it then also (Ice Lakes one). Image Lake tentatively planned for August 12-17. It all depends on the weather and snow melt. Image is my priority this year because I never know if I will still have summers off, and it is the longest trip of all the ones I listed.
Chatter Creek to Mormon Lakes and Ice Lakes tentatively planned for July, but if I have three day weekends again this next school year, I could potentially go in August or September.
Magellan: Planning on Goat Rocks/3 Fingers and Gothic Basin in September - maximum snow melt time .
I'll be in Sequim weekend of June 1 if anyone is interested in some day trips and "camping" at my waterfront home I'm planning some kind of rhodie hike. Potentially interested in backpacking June 25 or so - must be in the forest section since I will have to bring the pooch on that one. She's not going on any of the other hikes, but I have no-one to babysit her during that time period. I was thinking Buckhorn Lake/Mtn and revisiting Marmot Pass.
