I'm planning on doing this loop this weekend and camping saturday night on or near Boulder ridge. Come along if you're up for some adventuring in the Olympics.
Half of this trip is off trail, with some scrambling over rocks, and scree slopes. I've been to ridge of gargoyles several times so I know the route. There is also the option of dropping down to Charlia lakes if it looks enticing.
