My buddy and I both wound up with same dates in the lottery draw. We were trying for an early and a late, but go figure. Current plan is overnight (car camp?) Somewhere close the 6th. Day one enter via Colchuck, up Asgaard, camp up top. Day 2 explore, prob walk up Little Annapurna, etc. At this point uncertain if day 3 is out via Snow Lake or back down Asgaard. We for sure have 3 spots open, maybe 2 more. I am 51, my hiking partner 21. Both of us experienced 4 season backpackers. We are not speed demons but we get it done and enjoy the sights, as well as a few sips of whiskey before bed. Don't want to waste good permit spots! If you could help us with the $5/day fee that we've already paid that would be great. If you're struggling not a deal breaker by any means. Fingers crossed this great weather continues!
