Is it possible to get shot blocks or Gu in bulk? Costco perhaps?

I hope I don't spoil the fun when I mention that gelatin is made from really gross animal parts.

Tailwindnutrition.com. Much easier on the stomach for long endurance calorie supplement.

Nothing really fun about downing Gu pouches regardless of what they are made of, but they seem to work for me anyway and are easy to slop down during intense activity without interrupting the activity. I guess they taste good enough to be tolerable anyway.

Both Gu gels and Clif Shot Bloks are vegan, no gelatin.

If you like Gu then you'll love I was a staunch GU user, but then discovered Hammer products, and us them as my main supplier of energy replacement products. But this is for my cycling regime.
When I am out on the trail I uses their gels...but leave the drink powders at home, because of the weight. I find that two EmerganC's drink packets mixed with a litter of water on my lunch break works well.
I have always liked the Hammer and GU products, and think they are quite tasty (well the fruit..not the chocolate stuff) its Cliff and PowerBar I can't stand.
I miss my 4.8Lb base weight as a ground dweller...But I sure DON'T MISS the ground.
