After scoping it out a wk. before, it was time for the public version of this hike. We wound up w/a whole bunch of guides & not too many members of the public, so that made it nice 'n ez for those of us newbs. I did take the lead for part of the way back out, & talked a bit about fish hook cactus. This time we didn't do a loop, rather, we basically did an out-n-back hike since trying to loop around might've been a bit much for the average hiker give the bushwhacking & scrambling involved when dropping down one of the washes to the north.
This was a pretty short hike, so evidently I took only 3 pics, & then the after-hike pic.
