you know.... if these guys wanted to really impress people, they'd stop fooling around with piddly little phone booths and mailboxes and bicycles and haul something up there that would make national headlines... like a piano.
not necessarily a grand or baby grand - that would be damn hard to move because they're kind of awkward. upright piano would be just fine, and easier to cover with a tarp in inclement weather.

Why a shabby tarp? How about a gazebo or a band shell ?
