Thanks for any trail work that was done (or was thought about being done!). The real work that needs to be done is on that road. My daughter and I were at the Phelps Creek TH a couple weeks ago. The worst stretch of the road was completely filled in with a foot or so of powdery dust that made it look like a nice smooth surface. But my truck was splashing dust and bottoming out and tossing us around all the way up. Sheesh! I think that is another TH I will write on a piece of paper and draw a line through.
