Been happy with a Pelonis 900/1500w model for two years now. Using it on the low watt setting at 70 degrees 24/7 all winter to keep a trailer office warm and dry.

I have owned several Pelonis oil filled heaters over the years and have been happy with them. Only gripe is the base-roller legs are very flimsy and I have a couple where they have been broken off completely. So I put them on a couple of pieces of floor tiling. I understand that they are pretty energy efficient, but don't know the stats. My favorite thing about them is they don't have the annoying fan that kicks on and off like other types do.

I know we’re supposed to view anecdotal evidence as suspicious in value. I don’t think I ever went to a fire started with this type of portable heater. Certainly not true for other heater types.
