Anyone ever seen silicone 'skin' camera cases? I might want one for my ELPH. It would be okay if you had to take the skin off to access the battery and CF card, I juat want to make the thing more impact-resistant.

Don't know what the size of your Elph is, but my Optio S fits nicely into a metal Altoids box. I can sit on it if I want, pretty indestructible

Yes, dpreview has mentioned the Optio/Altoids thing before. I'm interested particularly in a silcone skin type case though.

I have been trying to get my hands on one of those cases...now that fishing (spearfishing) is getting relatively limited I am hoping to expand into underwater photography. Great for sailing too. Those cases go for about $130 on ebay. I would also be interested in the silicone skin for our S400.
