Just found this board and joined. Have been looking for an old hiking buddy from the early 90's. Worked at Data Base and last I heard he moved to Port Townsend. Thought I might find him here as he and I were avid hikers back then. Name is Dave Sheehan. Love to hit the trail with him again singing the entire Pink Floyd the Wall soundtrack. My nine year old is starting the trails this summer.

was he from bremerton befor he moved? i knew a sheehan family once..welcom to the boards.. i like your name yawn.gif

There's a mostly unspoken acknowledgment among the voluntarily impoverished that it's better to be fiscally poor yet rich in experience-living the dream-than to be traditionally wealthy but live separate from one's passions.
