From the summit of Mt. Lillian (6100'), I was surprised to see how much snow is lingering in the high ranges above Lake Wenatchee.
I used my phone because it has more zoom, but the image is pretty poor:
From my binoculars, it looks like solid snow above Spider Meadow (arrow points to Spider Gap). To the east, a bit out of the image, it looks like Basalt Peak would still require at least 1000' vertical of snow travel, and the same is true for Cougar Mountain. On the flip side, the snow was long gone from Mt. Lillian and the slopes are melting out rapidly in the Teanaway.
