I clicked on this report wondering if the Happy Panther Trail in NCNP was still accessible. Although I am disappointed that question remains unanswered, I do like a good cat video! Looks like quite an adventure.

Sorry to disappoint, I just thought it was a clever pun because she's a very happy little panther to go on walks together.
I would expect the Happy Panther Trail in the North Cascades is pretty hard to get to by now.
Miss Sahale, named for the peak in the North Cascades, loves to walk together. She's very cautious and stays close, basically follows like a duckling. She's perfect about everything but cars, so I take her to trails to walk on.
