I sent a e-mail to Granite Gear the other day asking if there was going to be any changes to the Vapour Trail pack and here is what they sent me. Thanks for the interest in our packs. There are two changes for the Vapor Trail for next year. We’re changing fabric manufacturers—Dupont sil-nylon and Cordura will be used. We’re also adding a pocket inside the pack for a water bladder and a port for a hydration system feeder tube to exit the pack. The new packs will be available to Canadian dealers in February of 2004. Dave Johnson Granite Gear Customer Service Manager PO Box 278, 2310 10th Street Two Harbors, MN 55616 dave@granitegear.com 800-222-8032 ext. 16 218-834-5545 fax Sounds like good changes to me, although I though they would change the side water bottle pockets as quit a few people disliked them.

If anyone has used a Granite Gear pack, I'd love to hear what you all think of them.

Me too. The Nimbus Ozone looks like just the ticket for those trips when my load is too heavy to use my Golite.
